Peter is a partner in our Capital Markets Group. Peter provides advice on a broad range of finance and regulatory matters. He regularly advises banks, funds and other financial institutions on matters relating to securitisations, SRTs, general structured finance transactions, derivatives, collateralisation structures and regulatory capital driven transactions.
