Ben Rayner
Ben is Of Counsel in the Debt Finance Group and advises financial institutions, sponsors, funds and corporates on a range of domestic and cross-border financings. Ben has extensive experience advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a variety of financing transactions, including fund financing (subscription, asset backed and hybrid facilities), leveraged and acquisition financing and corporate lending. Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Ben worked for international law firms in London and has experience on secondment to the legal teams of an alternative asset manager and an investment bank. · Arthur Cox LLP
