Sheena Doggett is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Corporate department and a member of the Private Equity & Mergers and Acquisitions team, with more than 25 years at the firm. She is head of the firm's Corporate team in London (splitting her time between Dublin and London) and is recognised for work on private equity, corporate governance, corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures, incentives, restructuring, ESG and general commercial matters; she was listed in IFLR1000 Women Leaders (2021–2023) and named among Business Today Lawyer Awards' Top 10 Most Influential Corporate / M&A Lawyers in Ireland.
