Joe Kelly is a partner in A&L Goodbody LLP's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, with a strong Commercial Court practice; he co-leads the firm's White Collar Crime Group and co-heads its boutique Gaming and Betting practice, advising financial institutions and automobile companies on high-profile regulatory investigations and criminal prosecutions. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a practicing arbitrator and mediator (having been involved in approximately 50 mediations), and a founder member of the Irish Commercial Mediation Association.
