Partner in A&L Goodbody's Tax department advising on all aspects of taxation with particular emphasis on financial services and property-related tax, including structured finance transactions, capital markets issues, investment funds, cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions, inward investment, group re-organisations and property acquisition and holding structures. He sits on Main TALC, is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute and is a frequent speaker and contributor to legal and tax publications; he is a former chairman of both the Foreign Lawyers Forum of the ABA Taxation Section and the Taxation Committee of the Irish Law Society.
