Partner in the Public Law practice at PLMJ with more than 18 years' experience in administrative law, public procurement, project finance and public‑private partnerships, focusing on projects and infrastructure. She has advised public and private bodies on concessions and major projects across road, rail, airport, port, health and water & waste sectors and previously served as head of the Technical Unit for the Supervision of Projects (UTAP) and as a member of the High Council for Public Works, representing the Portuguese State in national and international PPP and project forums.
