Marios Bahas is a Founding Partner of Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners who leads the firm's Banking and Finance practice and has practised banking and finance law in Greece since his admission to the Athens Bar in 1970. He has served as general counsel and legal director for major banks and corporates and has advised on large-scale banking transactions including significant NPL securitisations and recapitalisation projects for Attica Bank (Projects Artemis I & II and Project Kairos).
