Ståle Gjengset has an internationally oriented practice advising on financing and financial restructuring, and he oversaw the first (and to date only) Norwegian refinancing carried out under US Chapter 11. He also has considerable experience on M&A and capital markets transactions and has assisted clients in the offshore and aircraft industries with acquisitions, sales and refinancing/restructuring.
