Sam E. Harris is a partner at BAHR and a highly experienced litigator and arbitrator with a broad practice encompassing litigation, arbitration and judicial and extrajudicial mediation. He has acted as lead counsel in several hundred disputes, including many large and complex onshore and offshore construction and real estate matters, and was granted rights of audience before the Norwegian Supreme Court in 1994, having pleaded more than ten Supreme Court cases.
