Partner and chair at BAHR; head of the Asset Management & Private Equity practice since 2005 and chair of the firm since 2022. He advises Norwegian and international asset managers, financial institutions and investors on fundraising, ESG, compliance, M&A, tax, regulatory matters and disputes, is active in regulatory policy (including service on the Ministry of Finance working group for AIFMD implementation), and chairs the Norwegian Alternative Investment Association.
