Jan B. Jansen is a partner in BAHR’s Dispute Resolution department who specialises in dispute resolution, tax, insurance and the oil and energy sector. He has acted for many of the largest companies on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and the Norwegian State, has been admitted to the Supreme Court since 1997, and is head of the Norwegian Bar Association’s Legislative Policy Committee for Energy, Hydropower, Oil and Gas law.
