Adele Matheson Mestad is a Partner at BAHR and Head of its Dispute Resolution team, with extensive experience in public law disputes across Norway's courts and before the European Court of Human Rights. She is an appointed mediator, was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2013, and specializes in international law, human rights and climate-related matters; she formerly served as Director of Norway’s National Institution for Human Rights and was a member of the Freedom of Expression Commission.
