Partner at BAHR with extensive competition law experience and a former Director of Legal Affairs at the Norwegian Competition Authority who has assisted in the clearance of many of Norway’s largest and most complex mergers. He also has experience in infringement matters (including competition authority investigations, commitment cases and cases relating to the imposition of fines), state aid law and regulatory issues, and sits on the Norwegian Bar Association’s practice committee for European Law and Competition Law and the Center for Continuing Legal Education’s practice committee for Competition Law and State Aid Law.
