Tarjei Thorkildsen is a Partner and head of BAHR’s Employment practice group, with many years’ experience advising Norwegian and international enterprises on national and international labour law. He is editor of the labour law journal Arbeidsrett, co-author of the annotated edition of the Working Environment Act, and has extensive litigation and arbitration experience.
