Kristoffer Stråth is a partner in BAHR’s dispute resolution practice with more than 20 years of experience as counsel and arbitrator, representing clients in commercial disputes and frequently acting as arbitrator. He is particularly experienced in disputes arising from M&A transactions, shareholder matters, financial services, renewable energy and construction; he graduated law school in 2005 and joined BAHR in 2026 after senior roles at leading Swedish firms and a period with an international firm in London.
