Martin Werner
Martin P. Werner's practice focuses on Swiss and European competition law. He represents and assists clients in investigations and merger control proceedings before the Swiss Competition Authorities and in the coordination of antitrust and investment screening in multijurisdictional transactions. In addition, Martin advises companies on the implementation of compliance programs, the administration of distribution systems as well as on cooperation projects, licensing agreements and dawn raids. Since 2020, Martin is Research Coordinator for Digitalization at the Centre for Intellectual Property and Competition Law (CIPCO) at the University of Zurich.
