Fotis Bregiannis
Associate Fotis is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Employment team. He advises on a wide range of employment law matters, including documenting employment contracts for all levels of personnel. Fotis advises on compliance with the complex employment legislation and regulations imposed on employers and their employees and managing the associated risks. Fotis also advises on terms and conditions of employment, employment related policies, recruitment and dismissals, as well as remuneration, pensions and benefits packages and social security issues. About
Associate in the Employment team at Bernitsas advising on a wide range of employment law matters including employment contracts, compliance with employment legislation, terms and conditions, policies, recruitment and dismissals, remuneration, pensions, benefits and social security. He also advises on employment due diligence in financial, corporate and commercial transactions; prior to joining the firm he was in-house counsel in Employment and International Labour Relations at a global transport and logistics company, is admitted to the Athens Bar (2016) and is a PhD candidate in European Labour Law at Université Catholique de Louvain.
