Counsel Efstathia is a Counsel at the Firm. She has a broad based practice encompassing corporate and commercial work. Efstathia has extensive experience in advising on commercial law issues arising in the course of the everyday operations of a company, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and complex contractual and real estate arrangements. She advises on corporate structuring and acts in restructurings and change of control transactions, with in-depth experience in domestic and multinational mergers and acquisitions, transfers of business and assets and takeovers. Efstathia is specialised in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial contracts, including shareholder and joint venture agreements, and financing agreements, and is actively involved in due diligence reviews.
