Maria Kloni
Counsel Maria is a counsel at the Firm which she joined in 2020. She has substantial advisory, litigation and transactional experience in all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Maria advises on restructurings, voluntary exit schemes, TUPE, outsourcing, redundancies and company collective labour agreements. She also conducts due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Maria assists human resources, payroll and legal departments on the management of employment relationships, employment, secondment, services and senior executives’ agreements, termination and amicable separation agreements, internal work regulations and company policies.
