Martha Ntounou
Senior Associate Martha is an associate with the Firm which she joined in 2022. She advises on various corporate and commercial law issues, including corporate transformations, mergers and acquisitions, demergers and spin-offs. Martha assists clients on their day to day business and drafts commercial agreements and corporate documents. She is experienced in advising clients on establishing corporate entities in Greece and has worked for clients from a range of industries, including energy, banking and real estate.
