Lisa Digernes provides advisory services and enforcement and clarification of rights within intellectual property rights, in addition to drafting and negotiating agreements. Lisa has extensive international experience in intellectual property law and worked as a lawyer in New York for more than 10 years before moving back to Norway. Her primary focus is the film/TV, publishing, and art industries. She has assisted galleries, museums, and artists with tasks from transportation of art to rental agreements, showings, sale and purchase of art, and sponsorship agreements. In the U.S., she also assisted Artist Rights Society with international copyright issues and licensing.
