Nils Eriksen is Partner and head of Brækhus Advokatfirma’s tax and VAT team with more than 30 years’ experience in Norwegian and international VAT and customs matters, including roles in private practice and the public sector. He is the only Norwegian member of the OECD Technical Advisory Group assisting the development of International VAT/GST Guidelines.
