Senior Associate, Arbitration, Contentious Business Department Samuel is a qualified Irish solicitor with close to a decade of experience in conducting international arbitration. He routinely acts as counsel in commercial arbitrations under a variety of institutional rules (such as the ICC, VIAC and LCIA rules) as well as in investment arbitrations. Sam has specialized in arbitrating large energy, construction and complex manufacturing disputes, as well as those in the pharmaceutical and advertising sectors.
