
Roman Heidinger
Senior Associate, IP & Unfair Competition, IT & Privacy Roman joined CERHA HEMPEL in October 2022 as senior attorney. His focus lays on IP law, unfair competition and IT law. Prior to joining CERHA HEMPEL he was a researcher at the University of Göttingen (Germany), were he still regularly teaches – among others – courses in European Intellectual Property Law at postgraduate level. Roman regularly advises national and international clients in the fields of copyright, trademark, design and patent law. He also has a background in communications engineering, which enables him to advise on IP cases involving complicated technical issues, such as the legal protection of software and patent law. · Cerha Hempel
