Gábor Márky
Senior Associate, Corporate & M&A, Public Law and European Law Gábor Márky has joined CERHA HEMPEL Dezső as senior lawyer in June 2024, as a member of the M&A practice group. He has a decade of experience in international corporate M&A transactions, having participated in several international corporate deals, as well as with corporate law, energy law, emerging technologies and regulatory compliance. He spent most of his career in an international boutique firm where he had been a partner for 3 years. Gábor obtained his law degree in 2014 at University of Pécs, having graduated summa cum laude. He was a lecturer at his home university between 2017-2021, where held transaction-related courses for international students.
