Massimo Antonini
Massimo advises Italian and international clients on tax law, with a particular focus on tax litigation either in the tax inspection phase or in tax litigations. In particular, he assists multinational groups and Italian companies before tax courts of first and second instance, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court and European Court of Justice. He has been Member of the Ministry Commission which implemented the reform of the Italian tax litigation legislation and the reform of the Corporate income tax. Massimo Antonini is a Partner at Chiomenti who advises Italian and international clients on tax law, with a particular focus on tax litigation at the inspection phase and before domestic and European courts. He joined Chiomenti in 2004, became a Partner in 2008, has served on the Ministry Commission implementing reforms to Italian tax litigation and corporate income tax, and is active in the International Fiscal Association (member of the Executive Committee, Global; General Secretary, Italian Branch).
