Gianrico regularly advises Italian and international banks, financial institutions, asset managers and investment funds on regulatory matters, securitization transactions and bond loans (including project bonds and minibonds). Gianrico has gained extensive experience in securitization transactions over different asset classes, including loans (non-performing and unlikely to pay), including where secured by state guarantees, and synthetic securitizations.
