Nicholas’ practice has a particular focus on leveraged finance, acquisition finance (both sponsor-driven and corporate), syndicated loans, bond private placements, project bonds, debt restructurings and real estate finance matters. Nicholas is a partner in our Financial Markets group within the Banking team in Milan. He advises clients on a broad range of bank finance and capital markets transactions. He has a significant track record representing domestic and international arrangers and lenders, sponsors and borrowers in high profile transactions within the Italian market.
