Marco regularly advises Italian and international clients on banking law and structured finance. In banking, he has advised a wealth of sponsors, borrowers, lenders, in several corporate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, and project finance transactions. In structured finance, he has advised investors and arrangers in transactions including securitisation, credit transfers, issuing high yield bonds, private placements, as well as in the structuring and modification of EMTN programs and issuance of minibonds.
