Francesco Tedeschini is Chairman of Chiomenti and a Partner in the Corporate - M&A department, advising Italian and international clients on private and public M&A, public companies, banking, insurance and other regulated entities. He focuses on complex transactions including mergers, divisions, acquisitions, capital increases, joint ventures, takeover bids, exchange tender offers and listed securities; he joined the firm in 1988, became a partner in 1998 and was appointed Chairman in 2021.
