Katia Zulberti

Katia assists clients in administrative law and public economic law. She works, in particular, in the areas of land use planning, urban planning and construction, environmental, energy and infrastructure law. She has gained extensive experience in territorial and urban planning, assisting clients in real estate developments, rehabilitation and redevelopment of urban areas and brownfield sites. She deals with residential, tourist-hotel, tertiary and commercial developments, as well as health care facilities and the planning and implementation of logistics hubs. In the environmental field, she works in administrative procedures related to planning and implementation of projects (SEA, EIA, Vinca), environmental and landscape constraints and protected natural areas. In environmental law, she advises in procedures for the remediation and the implementation of safety measures of polluted sites, environmental authorizations for the exercise of productive activity (AIA and AUA), waste management, implementation of the Kyoto Protocol.
