Christian Wyss is Partner and head of VISCHER's Corporate & Commercial team. Christian advises clients mainly from the Life Sciences and Information Technology industries on all contractual requirements in their core business. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating license agreements, research, development or marketing co-operations, clinical trial agreements, contract manufacturing agreements and distribution agreements.
