Lebeau Jonker is a Partner in Comyn Kelleher Tobin LLP’s Health and Medical Law team in Ireland who practises in healthcare and child protection, with particular experience in wardship, mental health, disabilities and civil detention (including cases with an international element). He has extensive experience with HSE and Tusla statutory duties, lectured in the law module at Trinity School of Social Work and Policy (2016–2018), and has acted for the HSE on significant matters including interpretation of section 11 of the Disability Act 2005.
