
Martin Hallström
Martin Hallström is a member of the firm’s practice groups Corporate Commercial, IP, Marketing and Media as well as IT/Tech. He focuses in particular on intellectual property law and IT/tech law in a broad sense. He regularly advises on complex license, research and development agreements as well as other types of cooperation agreements and he has broad experience in outsourcing projects, procurement, technology-intensive projects, digital compliance as well as co-development projects, and joint ventures. Further, Martin also has broad experience of carve-outs and separations as well as tech transactions.
