Sara Johnsson

ara Johnsson is a specialist in construction law with broad experience from advising on the legal side in strategic infrastructure and construction projects, in Sweden and internationally. She advises in all phases of a project, from project structuring, through project execution – including both contract management and strategic advice – to the settling of disputes. Sara is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and Infrastructure and Construction industry sector group. Prior to joining the Real Estate practice group, Sara spent several years in the Dispute Resolution practice group, focusing primarily on the construction and energy sectors. Sara regularly gives lectures on topics relating to construction law and dispute resolution, and is co-responsible for the Swedish Bar Association’s course on commercial construction disputes. · Mannheimer Swartling
