Erik Schultz is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group. He is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm and has dedicated his entire practice to insurance and reinsurance matters for over ten years, particularly within the regulatory field. Erik’s experience includes a wide scope of insurance-related issues, including regulated cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio transfers. He regularly advises clients on regulatory issues pertaining to both insurers and insurance intermediaries and questions of insurance distribution and insurance contracts.
