Associate in the Energy department advising on the development of infrastructure projects (highways, data centers and seaports) and natural resources projects, handling contractual matters and negotiating construction contracts (EPC, EPCM, BOT, BOOT, BOP, O&M). She also advises on main equipment supply contracts (e.g., BESS), energy and toll purchase agreements, administration of project contracts, and on public and private M&A transactions for national and international clients across infrastructure, natural resources, construction and technology sectors.
