Senior Associate at Cuatrecasas in Colombia who has led the negotiation and implementation of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures across a range of sectors. Previously a partner in the corporate and M&A practice of a Colombian firm, she has lectured for over 10 years on obligations and contracts and was director of the Pregraduate Studies in Law at Universidad de La Sabana (2017–2018).
