Partner at Cuatrecasas in Portugal advising on aviation and transport matters — including incorporation and licensing of charter air carriers, regulatory law and cross-border aircraft leasing — as well as corporate/M&A in the transport, construction and entertainment sectors, business restructurings, real estate investment structuring and project finance. He has advised on privatizations in Portuguese-speaking African countries and public procurement, served as legal adviser to the Junta Autónoma das Estradas (1997–1999) on the launch of the shadow-tolling system, and publishes regularly on cross-border leasing and aviation.
