Counsel at Cuatrecasas with extensive experience in banking and finance, advising on debt restructurings, structured finance, corporate finance, privatizations and project finance. She advises companies and financial institutions with particular emphasis on highway concessions and PPPs in the health, energy and transport sectors; she was Assistant Lecturer of European Law and Property Law at the University of Lisbon Law School (1997–2000) and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
