Jan Ollila

Senior Advisor Jan Ollila advises corporate clients, private equity houses and financial institutions on public and private M&A and capital markets transactions and on transaction related disputes. He renders strategic advice to Finnish private and listed companies as well as to a number of international companies with operations in Finland. He also acts as arbitrator and mediator in domestic and cross-border commercial disputes. Jan Ollila is an experienced chairman of boards and general meetings. He is a board member and chairman of a number of companies and organisations, including Amcham Finland, as well as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of WWF Finland. He is the former President of the Association Européenne d’Etudes Juridiques et Fiscales. He was the Managing Partner of the firm in 2007–2014 and Senior Partner 2015–2022. Jan Ollila has been ranked by Euromoney’s Expert Guides as one of the 30 best M&A lawyers in the world.
