Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates who heads the firm's TMT & IP Law departments, specialising in ICT law, e-commerce, internet security, electronic signatures, data protection, gaming law and cybercrime. He lectures ICT Law and Cybercrime at the University of Malta, is a founding member and President of the Malta Information Technology Law Association and has served on (and chaired) the Malta Communications Authority; he holds an LL.D from the University of Malta and an LL.M from the University of Strathclyde.
