Julienne Bencini
Julienne Bencini is a Senior Associate within Ganado Advocates’ banking and finance team. She advises financial institutions on their compliance obligations and the management and avoidance of legal risk. She previously formed part of the litigation team and is devoted to representing credit and financial institutions in civil proceedings and in other forms of dispute resolution procedures, including mediation and arbitration. Her experience has been supplemented with practical in-house experience with particular focus on lender liability, letter of credit, breach of contract, fraudulent claims and other claims regularly brought by or against financial or credit institutions. · Ganado Advocates
