Abigail Galea is a Senior Associate within the private client team at Ganado Advocates. Abigail’s focus is primarily within the area of trusts and foundations, advising both domestic and international clients with the setting up of structures to organise their wealth or business. Besides advising on the substantive law, Abigail also assists trustee clients, both international and domestic, with regulatory matters from application stage with the MFSA, to ongoing regulatory and compliance matters, as well as AML/CFT matters. Abigail also advises on estate planning matters including cross border successions as well as transfers of immovable property. Before joining Ganado Advocates, Abigail ran her own practice as a Notary Public.
