Lorraine Poole

Lorraine Poole is a Senior Associate within Ganado Advocates’ banking and finance team, assisting clients with a range of transactions including secured financing, prime brokerage, repos, securities lending and derivatives. Lorraine provides bespoke advice on a range of specialised issues including inter alia close-out netting and collateral arrangements, and is involved in the issuance of the firm’s industry legal opinions to a number of organisations including the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA). She also regularly assists with corporate and other matters. In addition, Lorraine is a visiting lecturer and examiner at the Faculty of Laws, University of Malta. · Ganado Advocates
