Mónica Esteve is Counsel in the Intellectual Property and Technology department at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in Spain. She joined the firm in 1994 in its Brussels office, transferred to Madrid in 1998, and was a trainee at the European Commission in copyright and related rights (1993–1994).
