Morten Berggreen advises on maritime related M&A transactions, ship construction, ship sale and purchase and financing matters. Morten also advises on all aspects of company law, including reorganisations, joint ventures, capital changes, corporate governance, incentive schemes and active ownership. Morten has experience with complex international restructurings, reorganisations and M&A transactions, including direct investments and sales as well as structured sales processes, and has been involved in the majority of recent shipping related M&A transactions in Denmark. Morten also advises and assists national and foreign companies on all aspects of selling and purchasing second-hand vessels as well as negotiating newbuilding contracts, and is recognised for his ability to draw on his financial background and commercial insight.
