Anders Peter Christoffersen co-heads our Corporate/M&A practice group and assists Danish and foreign companies and private equity companies, advising on contracts, company law, foundations law, M&A transactions, venture capital, shareholders’ agreements and incentive schemes. Anders has extensive experience with advising on and negotiating commercial contracts, M&A and incentive schemes.
