Søren Fogh has for a number of years worked in financing, insolvency related issues and different aspects of insolvency proceedings. Søren Fogh has special experience with the purchase and sale of companies and the financing thereof. Furthermore, he has assisted with the purchase, sale, lease and financing of major assets, including aircraft and trains. Primary areas include all aspects in respect of private equity funds, including their establishment, structures and regulation as well as their investments.
