Kristian Gammelgaard Møller advises clients on insolvency and private client matters. As for insolvency matters, Kristian advises financial institutions and other clients which face the challenge of insolvent customers or suppliers or where a client faces claims from a bankruptcy estate. Where insolvency leads to bankruptcy or restructuring proceedings, Kristian will administer the bankruptcy estate or the restructuring proceedings. In the private client area, Kristian advises on ownership structures, succession planning and prenuptial agreements, just as Kristian handles estates of deceased persons and provides advice to the beneficiaries. In addition, Kristian assists with division of property, and he has experience in setting up and advising funds. Kristian has knowledge and experience within the challenges in relation to succession and divorce, which international families may face. He can assist in preventing such challenges or handle the challenges in the best way possible, once occurred. In addition to law, Kristian has a special interest in financial matters and he has completed the Graduate Programme in Business Administration (Financing). Kristian takes a highly commercial approach to his legal work, always looking for the financially optimal solution for the client based on the individual needs and request of the client.
